Had everything needed for everyday life, great view, 2 aircons and nice pool at the complex. The place is close to BTS but still ~40-45 min from the center though it was fine for me.

Wonderful apartment with a stunning ocean view. The panorama from the window is a real pleasure, especially at sunrise and sunset. The apartment is bright, cozy, and fully matches the description. The stay was very comfortable, and we would be happy to stay here again.

I loved that the location was in the heart of Pattaya. It's a 5-minute walk to the Central Pattaya shopping mall, and it's the best place with everything you need, including restaurants, convenience stores, and local markets nearby. Although it was in the city center, it was quiet, so I was able to sleep well. The Wi-Fi is fast, and it's an ideal place for a short stay. If I come again next time, I'll stay here.

It was a great stay and sam is a great responsive host, the house has everything you need and more not forgetting that it matches the pictures and description. Definitely worth every penny !

Fantastic location! Super clean, modern, and perfectly situated for easy transport access. Great amenities and a wonderful view from the building. Check-in was very easy and communication was smooth. Highly recommend this stay!

I was surprised to find this place! It was unique and I loved it. The room was just as the pictures showed but the view from the bedroom window as well as the balcony was amazing. You can see an amazing view of the city even at night with the city lights. Great amenities, and there's a 7-eleven right down stairs which became my second home :p But the room is nice and cozy. Sam was very responsive whenever I had a question and even helped me with a request I had before I got there. You are close to a lot of things in the city. I did a lot of tours and was able to get there pretty quick via taxi, motorbike, and grab car. I had a great time, and Sam was a great host. I'd recommend this place and definitely stay here again. I had a great experience at Sam’s place. She gave great detailed instructions and was very responsive. The location is very walkable close to a lot of amenities. It’s somewhere I will definitely return if it’s available when in Pattaya!

I enjoyed my stay here, the location is calm and nearby the center, I stayed 1 month and everything was good, from the check in to the check out it was smooth. I can recommend it.
