The host was absolutely outstanding: super responsive, very understanding, and offered a partial refund for our inconvenience. Communication was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The apartment itself is lovely, the location is perfect, and it’s clear the host really cares about their guests’ experience. Base Park West is the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience. The apartment is modern, super clean, and comes with an amazing view. The pool and gym are top-notch, and the rooftop area feels like a little sanctuary in the city. If you’re sensitive to sound, bring earplugs to avoid street noise during sleep, then you’ll sleep like in heaven. Sam was friendly and helpful, and the location near On Nut/BTS makes it easy to explore Bangkok. I’d definitely stay here again. It feels like home with a touch of luxury.

I was surprised to find this place! It was unique and I loved it. The room was just as the pictures showed but the view from the bedroom window as well as the balcony was amazing. You can see an amazing view of the city even at night with the city lights. Great amenities, and there's a 7-eleven right down stairs which became my second home :p But the room is nice and cozy. Sam was very responsive whenever I had a question and even helped me with a request I had before I got there. You are close to a lot of things in the city. I did a lot of tours and was able to get there pretty quick via taxi, motorbike, and grab car. I had a great time, and Sam was a great host. I'd recommend this place and definitely stay here again. Mahalo Sam!

I had a great experience at Sam’s place. She gave great detailed instructions and was very responsive. The location is very walkable close to a lot of amenities. It’s somewhere I will definitely return if it’s available when in Pattaya!

Great condo clean and tidy , facilities were nice pool gym etc , location was perfect very close to food court and not too far from BTS , Owner Sam was very easy to deal with and always was quick to answer any questions, Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

Great place with a beautiful view of the Bangkok skyline. The apartment immaculately clean and fully adapted. Host Sam is very quick to respond to messages and asks if everything is okay herself. I wanted to extend my stay by one day and the matter was dealt with promptly. Highly recommended!

This apartment is perfect for a short or long term stay in Pattaya. The space has everything needed to live comfortably and was impeccable and clean. The location is amazing too and is very walkable to tons of local options for food and nightlife. Finally Sam is a tremendous host who was always responsive and helpful and really helped me make the most of my stay. Book this place without hesitation!!
